Nokia Lumia 900 Arrives at Canada with Rogers

The first Nokia phone featuring LTE connectivity enters Canada via Rogers Communication. According to company, the new Nokia Lumia 900 with the lightning-fast 4G LTE connectivity is a powerful combination and it can deliver speeds up to 75 Mbps. Therefore, it is intended to highlight that it can beat the home broadband connection speeds at an ease.

Nokia announced the Lumia 900 at International CES 2012 held at Las Vegas. The device boasts a 4.3 inch AMOLED ClearBlack display with multi-touch input method. The new Lumia 900 sports an 8.0 Megapixel Auto-focus camera with Carl Zeiss optics and dual-LED flash. Also, the device hosts an secondary 1.0 Megapixel front-facing camera for video calling. The rear-camera for Nokia Lumia 900 comes with video stabilization function and the shooter can record videos at 720p HD. Under the hood, this smartphone uses an 1.4Ghz Snapdragon dual-core processor with 512MB RAM and 16GB of storage. The device runs on Windows Phone 7.5 OS Mango and comes pre-loaded with an array of social networking and productivity apps. Apparently, Nokia Lumia 900 supports the basic connectivity options including Bluetooth with EDR, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, 4G LTE, A-GPS and MicroUSB 2.0. Recently, Nokia responded to the issue on lack of NFC (Near Field Communication) in the device. Therefore, we expect that Nokia might soon push an update to leverage the slit.
