Nokia X2-01 -- A Qwerty Phone @ Rs 4459

Year 2010 was quite tough for Nokia; the phones volumes and their prices have fallen but the company estimates it has taken the lead in the QWERTY phone market. This lead also comes in the form of Nokia X2-01, which has hit the Indian stores at Rs 4,459. Being at low-cost price bracket, this phone boasts a QWERTY keyboard and runs on Symbian S40 Java based operating system.

Lacking 3G support, the Nokia X2-01 is a 2G phone that features an integrated email client that supports Ovi Mail, Yahoo! Mail, Gmail, Windows Live, Hotmail and other popular POP/IMAP services. It has 2.4-inch QVGA display with a 320 x 240 resolution.Targeting the youth community, this entry-level phone also comes with a VGA camera with a resolution of 640x480 pixels.

The phone also includes EGPRS/WAP, USB 2.0 connectivity, Bluetooth 2.1 with EDR, Stereo FM Radio with RDS support, 3.5 mm audio jack, memory expandable up to 8GB, and a 1020 mAh battery. Nokia’s Ovi store is also accessible for additional apps.

Nokia X2-01 is available in different colours including Red, Silver and Azure at all Nokia store and other mobile stores across the country.
