It looks like Oppo is planning to release another smartphone running on Android operating system in coming days. Next smartphone from the company will be Oppo R833T which is leaked online in some photos along with specs information. It is reported to be a budget smartphone and will be priced around $160 for SIM free variant. Some reports suggest that Oppo is going to launch this budget phone to compete against the recently launched Motorola Moto G.

The Oppo R833T is reported to arrive with a 4.3 inch IPS display with the resolution of 480*800 pixels. It will be powered by a quad-core processor clocked at 1.3 GHz, which will make it one of the cheapest quad-core devices in the market. It will be offered with a 1 GB of RAM and 4 GB of internal storage, which will be further expandable using microSD card.

The upcoming Oppo smartphone is running on Color OS 1.0, which we have seen powering the Oppo N1. It comes with company’s own gesture control features and applications. The phone will also arrive with front and rear facing cameras but their resolution is not confirmed yet.

In a related news, Oppo is rumored to be opening a shop in India, which means that the Chinese smartphone maker is planning to enter in the Indian handset market. If the news is true then homegrown smartphone makers like Micromax, Karbonn and Zync should be ready to face stiff competition in near future.
