RCOM ties up with WhatsApp

Reliance Communication has tied up with WhatsApp in India. Now the Reliance GSM customers can enjoy unlimited usages of WhatsApp and Facebook across the country at a nominal fee of Rs.16 per month, without paying extra on data consumption charges.

RCOM has launched two plans in association with WhatsApp namely –WhatsApp Plan for GSM customers and MY College Plan for the students across the country.

Company has gifted free bundle of Facebook with this pack for a limited period and customers can use the Facebook and WhatsApp absolutely free on Reliance GSM network. The company has offered 30 days validity period for the apps from the date of recharge, the plan is auto renewed after every 30 days till it is unsubscribed by the user.

Rcom tie-up with WhatsApp will be the first of its kind offering of sharing unlimited text, music, pictures and videos. It will provide an exotic new experience with incredible affordability to Smartphone users in the country. Rcom hopes that new offer would certainly trigger to shift the youth consumers using Smartphone to its superior network, enhancing the consumer base.

A WhatsApp official commenting on the association states that WhatsApps is currently working with the industry leaders across the country since the Smartphone users have grown in the country. WhatsApp helps in leveraging the power of data through the smart communication gadgets.

Reliance communication is one of the fully integrated telecom service providers in the country. It has now become the first telecom company in the country offering unlimited social media access for its subscribers.
