Rumor: Huawei Ascend P2 Mini to be launched at MWC 2013

As the dates for Mobile World Congress 2013 is coming nearer, we can see that almost every smartphone manufacturer is all set to showcase their products at the event. Today, a report claims that Huawei will launch Ascend P2 Mini at upcoming MWC 2013, scheduled to be held this month at Barcelona.

According to the report, Huawei will launch a Mini version of Ascend P2 with the regular sized Huawei Ascend P2.

The Huawei Ascend P2 Mini will sport a 4 inch, 1280 x 720p Touch Screen producing 367 pixels per inch. Whereas the regular Ascend P2 sports a 1080p, 4.7 inch touch screen.

There is no report about the Processor or RAM. But this Smartphone may be powered by a Dual core processor coupled by 1GB of RAM. It will be running Android 4.1 Jelly Bean Operating System and will house an 8 Megapixels Rear Camera.

The report also contained some leaked specifications of Regular Huawei Ascend P2, such as the device will be powered by 1.8Ghz Quad Core Processor with 1GB/2GB of RAM. It will also be running on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean Operating System and will house a 13 Megapixels Rear Camera.

The reports says that this smartphone's thickness will measure just 8.5mm. The customers can choose this smartphone in various colour options. Both smartphones will be launched on the floors of Mobile World Congress 2013 on 24th February at Barcelona, Spain.
