Rumor: Samsung to launch Samsung Galaxy S III Mini with NFC

Samsung Galaxy S III Mini that had been unveiled by the Company back in the month of October in the year 2012 is now being speculated to be launched soon accompanied by NFC feature.

Samsung still working on a New Upgraded Version of the Galaxy S III Mini Device that it had launched recently is being speculated to launch the upgraded Smartphone at the end of the month January. The upgraded Galaxy S III Mini will exhibit the specifications alike the previously launched Galaxy S III Mini but will get added the NFC feature within itself and will have its model number dubbed as GT-I8190N.

Samsung galaxy S III Mini in its NFC Version will sport a 4-inch WVGA Super AMOLED Screen which will bear a Resolution of 800x480 pixels. The tremendous Smartphone will  be running on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) Operating System.

Samsung has powered the Galaxy S III Mini with a Dual-Core 1GHz Processor. It houses within itself either with an Internal Memory of 8GB or 16GB along with External Memory Expansion flexibility upto 32GB via Micro SD Card.

The Samsung Galaxy S III Mini with NFC will be packing with itself a 5MP Rear Camera with LED Flash and Autofocus along with a Front VGA Camera.

For those who do not know NFC is an upgraded version of RFID, the existing Proximity Card Standard that allows a Smartphone user to share contents seamlessly between Digital devices or even to Pay bills in a wireless way. The NFC feature can also be used while one of the devices has not been powered up.
