Samsung Galaxy Golden Android flip phone officially launches in Korea with dual screens

Samsung has finally officially unveiled company’s another Android based flip folder phone the Samsung Galaxy Golden in South Korea. According to the company the phone will be made available to the customers of SKT and KT Telecom Operators in the country. Recently company launched Samsung SCH-W789 flip folder phone in the Chinese market with the same dual display screens.

Features wise, Samsung Galaxy Golden comes with dual 3.7inch AMOLED displays with WVGA resolution. The phone is powered by a 1.7GHz dual core processor along with 2GB of RAM memory under the hood. It is running the Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean operating system version. It comes with FM Radio and connectivity wise it offers WiFi, Bluetooth, LTE and GPS features.

It comes with a decent 8MP rear camera along with a 1.9MP front facing shooter. Samsung has pre-loaded the phones with cool software features like S Health, Easy Mode, Business Card reader, WatchOn app to watch TV program guide and S Translator app that translates in 12 languages etc. There is no information available at the moment about the internal storage of the phone.

Hardware features of the phone are good enough to provide smooth software experience to the buyers. Press release issued by the company says it will be sold for $714 in the Korean market. However, there is no information available at the moment if the phone will launch in other markets including India. We will update you more after learning official words from the company regarding the release of the phone in other core smartphone markets.
