Samsung Galaxy Note 2 receives price cut

It seems like Samsung is all set to be the first choice of the lovers on the eve of this valentine with the price cut the company is offering for its best selling devices. The South Korean tech giant has slashed down the price of the Galaxy Note 2 to Rs. 34,900 which was launched with a price tag of Rs. 39,990.

The Galaxy Note 2 from Samsung has witnessed a price drop of around Rs. 5,000 as compared to the price at which it was launched by the company at IFA 2012. Samsung had launched the Galaxy Note 2 in the market as a successor of the Galaxy Note device that has commenced the craze of large-screen devices.

Samsung Galaxy Note II features a 5.5-inch Super AMOLED HD display and has got itself powered with a 1.6GHz Quad-Core processor accompanied by 2GB RAM to deliver a buttery smooth performance. The device was launched with Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) operating system and has recently received the Android 4.1.2 version of the Jelly Bean OS update.
