Samsung Galaxy S II Lands in Australia

Samsung's flagship phone Galaxy S II is going to be launched at Australia. Samsung is expecting to sell at least 10 million sets across the globe. To complete this drive the company is launching it in more than 120 countries. By the time launch was happened in South Korea and then reaching UK, the device sales almost reached 120,000 units in just three days. Now, this is all set ready to land in Australia.


Australia based Telestra and Mobicity is ready to announce the smartphone in this week. Moving a step ahead, Mobicity started taking pre-booking orders for $899 (AUD) which comes to Rs.42997 (Approx in Indian currency). Samsung i9100 Galaxy S II is a smartphone equipped with 4.3 inch WVGA touchscreen, featuring Super AMOLED plus technology. This is a ultra-thin phone measuring 8.49mm thickness. This smartphone Galaxy S II runs on Google powered Android OS v2.3 Gingerbread (latest in market). Samsung Galaxy S II is equipped with 1.2 GHz Exynos Dual-core processor and 1 GB RAM on-board.  Along with this, it features wireless technologies including HSPA+, Bluetooth 3.0, and Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n
