Samsung Galaxy S4 was one of the best flagship devices launched earlier this year. After launching the phone Samsung followed a completely different market track and launched multiple variants of the phone including Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini, Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom and Samsung Galaxy S4 Active.
Now the company is also going to launch a mini version of the Samsung Galaxy S4 Active for the adventure lovers. A leaked photo of the phone at TENAA listing suggests that the mini version of the Galaxy S4 Active flagship is in the works.
The water resistant smartphone Samsung Galaxy S4 Active was released this summer and it ended up being a huge hit for the company that’s why the South Korean tech giant is also planning to launch its mini version.
However, the mini version of this adventure flagship will not arrive with the high-end specifications, as GSMArena reports. It is set to run on a dual core 1.2GHz processor along with 1GB of RAM and Adreno 305 GPU. It will be featuring a 4.65inch display with not very impressive 800*480 pixels resolution. However, it will be having 5MP rear and a 0.3MP front facing shooter.
There is no word at the moment when the phone will hit the Korean or global market. However, it has cleared the listing at TENAA and at the Bluetooth SIG with the green light. So, it looks like the official announcement of the phone is going to happen pretty soon.
