As you all may know, that we ran a contest on Twitter and got really amazing tweets from all of you about the possible features of Samsung Galaxy S5. So, here’s the concept design and specifications of the smartphone-

Samsung Galaxy S V

Talking about exteriors, Galaxy S5 will be having metallic body, as compared to plastic body in Galaxy S4. The screen size would be of 5.2 inches with Full HD resolution. Apart from screen, it will feature a front-facing camera and standard set of capacitive buttons for Options and Back, with a physical Home button in between. The smartphone’s back will have a primary camera and it will be non-removable since the device would be waterproof and dustproof.

In terms of hardware, Samsung S4 had a Octa-core processor, something which none of the competitors even thought of offering. Galaxy S5 will be running on a powerful 2 GHz Octa-core processor coupled with a 4 GB of RAM. Such a powerful configuration will make multitasking, watching HD videos, playing games snappier and smoother. For storage, it will be having 32GB/ 64GB/ 128 GB internal memory which can be expanded via microSD card. Communication-wise, it will be having usual options like 2G/ 3G/ 4G, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, NFC, GPS and MHL (for connecting to HDMI TVs). One of the biggest grouse we have with modern smartphones is that they’ve offer very short battery life. To solve this problem, Galaxy S5 will pack massive 3200 mAh battery, which is enough to last more than a day.

For shutterbugs, the device will sport a 16 MP rear camera with Xenon Flash, while the front-facing camera would be of 5 MP.

The device will run on Android 5.0 (Key Lime Pie) and have lots of customization on its with Samsung’s proprietary TouchWiz skin. Better front camera will also allow it to have some eye tracking functionalities, part of which we’ve seen in the Smart Pause, Smart Scroll, etc. features present in Galaxy S4.
