November 24 2012 Ashwini Sah|

Samsung Galaxy Camera which went on pre-order earlier this month is now officially launched in India. With this launch India becomes one of the first 5 countries in the world to get this camera launched in the market officially.

Samsung Galaxy Camera comes with a 16 Mega Pixels 21X optical zoom. To provide an intuitive user interface it sports a 4.8 inch capacitive touchscreen running Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. The Android 4.2 upgrade for the camera is in the works and we assume it may get an OS upgrade in the first quarter of next year. The camera is powered by 1.4 GHz Quad core processor.

Samsung Galaxy Camera can be called a smart camera as it is based on Android operating system which is used primarily in the smart phones and tablets. Due to integration of the Smart operating system, the camera allows users to do a number of cool stuffs like editing, adding effects, printing and sharing from the camera itself. With its shoot and share option, users can share the images instantly after clicking it.
