Samsung unveils Galaxy Core Android phone with Dual-Core processor

Samsung has unveiled another Android smartphone in its Galaxy Series. Company has announced Galaxy Core Android smartphone with dual core processor and Jelly bean 4.1 operating system. It is a low end device with 4.3inch display and will be available in Dual and Single SIM support. It will be available in the market to buy from this month. However, no region wide selling schedule has been released by the company for the phone.

Key features of Samsung Galaxy Core -
  • Display - The phone comes with a 4.3inch WVGA display with 480*800 resolution

  • Processor and RAM - It is powered by a 1.2Ghz dual core processor and supported by 1GB RAM

  • Storage - It comes with 8GB of internal memory and it is expendable up to 64GB using SD Slot

  • OS - It is running the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS with Samsung Touchwiz UI

  • Camera - It is having a 5MP rear camera with LED Flash and VGA in front

  • SIM - It will come with 1 or 2 SIM support options in the market

  • Battery - it is having a 1800mAh battery

According to company's press release the phone is having advance features like Smart Stay, Motion UI and Smart Alert etc. Samsung is planning to compete with the phones in the affordable price range. Features of the phone are pretty good. We will update you when the phone will be available to buy in India.
