Shazam is one of the more popular music identification apps out there has announced a partnership with LG under which its Android application will be pre-loaded on LG devices in a worldwide rollout that will begin in Europe with the LG Optimus GT540.
Shazam has become a major player in the app world with more than 75 million users and due to the joint venture LG customers will now also be able to access the Shazam for Android app out of the box and enjoy new music, read track and album reviews, identify a song that is playing and gain the option to purchase sad song.
The app will supply a week's trial period of Shazam Encore, but users will be required to pay up £2.99 to continue to use the service.
