Simmtronics introduces the cheapest 10-inch tablet, Xpad X1010

The Indian Android device market is  raining budget tablets, and to boom the low-cost segment of the 10-inch tablets Simmtronics has introduced the Xpad X1010 with the lowest price tag amongst all the tablets available in the Indian market.

Simmtronics has launched the Xpad X1010 with a 10-inch 5-point Multi-touch display that exhibits a display resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels. The Low-cost device runs on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) operating system. The manufacturer has powered the smart tablet with a 1.2 GHz Cortex A8 processor accompanied by 1GB of RAM along with Mali 400 GPU.

The Xpad X1010 packs within itself a VGA Front camera for video calling and houses within itself an onboard storage of 8GB which may be further expanded up to 32GB via Micro SD Card.

Simmtronics has complemented the Xpad X1010 with Wi-Fi, 3G support via dongle, HDMI-out port connectivity features. The tremendously powered device has been fueled with a 5600 mAh battery which claims a running time of around 6 hours.

Simmtronics Xpad X1010 possesses the most demanded features of today’s time but one thing that any buyer would surely notice is the absence of a Jelly Bean operating system which if featured by the device would have made it a must buy.

But, still the bouquet of extraordinary features along with an affordable price tag of Rs. 8,499 makes the Xpad X1010 a good buying option for anyone. However, if you want to look for an alternative for the device then you may consider the Karbonn Smart Cosmic Tab 10 which features a 10-inch display along with Jelly Bean OS and 1.5GHz ARM Cortex A9 processor accompanied by 1GB DDR3 RAM.
