Sony Honami teaser image leaked online, indicates purple version of the phone

One of the highly anticipated smartphones at the moment among the buyers is the Sony Honami also known as Sony Xperia i1 that is expected to be launched with a massive 20MP shooter. Now a teaser image of the phone has been leaked online that indicates company will be launching the phone in purple color model too. The leaked photo doesn’t reveal anything about the phone itself but according to speculations it is the next highly anticipated Android smartphone from the company.

As you can see in the leaked photo the sides of the phone are more rounded comparing to the Sony Xperia Z. Rumored features of the phone includes a 5inch full HD display with X-Reality engine that will provide higher contrast and colors for better media experience. It is said to be powered by a 2.2GHz quad core Snapdragon 800 processor along with a 2GB of RAM memory.

One of the key features of the phone includes a 20.7MP rear camera with Sony G-Lens the special BIONZ image processor to produce high quality photos. It is expected to come with a 16GB internal storage that is expendable up to microSD card slot. It is also expected to be launched with water & dust proof features.

Leaked image of the phone suggest it is going to be launched on September 4th before the IFA Trade fair kicks off in Berlin this year. It is expected to be the next flagship device from the company after the launch of Sony Xperia Z Ultra smartphone which features a 6.4inch full HD display.
