Sony, the Japanese tech giant, is expected to launch the Xperia Z2 flagship smartphone on February 24th. The manufacturer has already started sending out invites for its event at MWC 2014. However, the vendor hasn't revealed any information about the devices it will be unveiling.
The Sony Xperia Z2 aka Sirius will reportedly come with a 20.7MP main camera and a bunch of photo resolution options, plus a 2.1MP front facing shooter. It's likely to be powered by Android 4.4 KitKat and Qualcomm's Snapdragon 800 processor, paired with 3GB of RAM. Other expected specs of the phone include a 5.2-inch full HD display, and Adreno 330 GPU and a waterproof body.
In addition to the new Xperia flagship, the manufacturer is also expected to release a Sony smartband wearable powered by the Sony Core sensors and a health-based app called Sony Lifelog, which will work as a fitness-tracking app and log the users' physical activities.
