Sony Xperia C officially launched in India for Rs.21490

Sony India has officially launched its highly awaited Sony Xperia C smartphone in the mid range segment for Rs. 21,490. However, the phone was already available to buy at some of the online stores but the official launch was still awaited. Its been a few days since the company announced Sony Xperia Z1 flagship in India for the high-end buyers and now the mid-range buyers are covered by the Sony Xperia C.

Company has powered this mid-range smartphone with a pretty decent 2390 mAh battery. It is going to be a nice addition to Sony's portfolio in India for this festival season. It is competing against the other smartphones from the rival brands like Samsung Galaxy Grand and Micromax Canvas Doodle 2. Sony has also partnered with Airtel to provide 1GB of free data each month for the period of 2 months.
