Swipe Launches 7-inch Halo Value Tablet

Swipe Telecom has launched a new affordable Android Tablet in its current Tablet series. Swipe has named its new Tablet as 'Swipe Halo Value'.

Going by the name you would have understood that its an affordable, value-for-money Tablet. It is launched with a price Tag of Rs. 6,990. It features voice calling facility and it supports Dual SIM options.

Swipe Halo Value sports a 7 inch capacitive Touchscreen, which is able to produce a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels. Powered by a 1GHz Processor, it runs on Google's Android 4.1 Jelly Bean Operating System.

It boasts 512MB of RAM, which can be considered its weak point in its segment. However, it boasts 4GB of Internal Storage memory, which can be expanded by using a micro SD Card. Swipe Halo Value houses a 2 Megapixels Rear camera and a VGA camera on its front to support your video calls.

For Connectivity, this Tab has  two SIM slots. You can make calls using your SIM card or through Skype. It also packs standard connectivity options like Bluetooth 2.1, Wi-Fi and others.

This Tablets has a high end feature naming as Face Unlock Feature, using which you can Unlock your Tab through the face recognition technology.

This Tab is powered by a strong 3,400mAH Battery for a long run on the go.

It will face a tough competition from Micromax Funbook Talk, which is a leader in its segment. This Tab runs on the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS which is its greatest plus point.
