This week's selection includes exciting action games, photography apps and a treat for Box users.

Dig in people, because this week we’ve got an entire buffet for you to devour. You’ll get a chance to relive the past with a classic Dungeons & Dragons era RPG, and delve into the future by experiencing a 3D flying simulation. A bunch of cool photo and video apps are up for grabs, as is 50GB of free cloud storage for life. Delicious, right?

Box_icon Box (Free)

Popular cloud storage app Box just got a major iOS 7 redesign. And as an incentive, they’re offering anyone who downloads the app within the next 30 days 50GB of free storage for life. If that’s not enough, the new update also adds commenting, real time search and preview support for over 100 file types.

Horizon_icon Horizon (Rs 55)

Horizon attempts to fix something Apple hasn’t– the ability to record horizontal video from any angle. You can switch between 1:1, 16:9 and 4:3 aspect ratios, and shoot in VGA, HD or full HD. Video can be recorded from the front or rear camera, and the app includes 8 filters as well.

Prettify_icon Prettify (Free)

This new minimalist iPhone photo editor lets you play around with a bunch of filters, fix orientation, remove red-eye, add focus and adjust sharpness. The free app has loads of goodies, but an in-app purchase will make Prettify ad-free and pack in a Meme creator too.

Simbol_icon Simbol (Free)

Finding special characters and symbols on iOS has never been easy. Simbol is a new app which attempts to rectify that, by offering a large database of easily searchable universal symbols. The app also includes an equation editor and HTML code for each symbol.

Storehouse_icon Storehouse (Free)

Storehouse is a beautiful iPad app which lets you combine photos, videos and text to create your own story. Elements are displayed in boxes, which can be resized and moved around for a custom layout. When you’re done, you can share your stories with friends, social networks and other Storehouse users.

The sequel to the long-awaited Japanese action RPG, Across Age 2 packs in 15 hours of gameplay and improved 2D graphics. The Zelda-like game continues the original storyline, and lets you switch between four characters, find hidden objects and solve puzzles.
