|May 28 2012 |uninor

Uninor has announced a new calling package for its mobile service users inAndhra Pradesh. This pack is called the ‘terrific21 pack’ and offers its users 3000 local seconds worth of talk time to any other service provider for just Rs. 21. This pack is valid for a 30 day time period. Users are free to use all 3000 seconds of talk time in a day or spread out the usage for a month. This way the Uninor subscribers in Andhra can call at an affordable rate.

The 3000 seconds of talk time alloted by this pack amounts to a total of 50 minutes for Rs. 21. The usual packs being offered by other service providers charge 1p/second which amounts to Rs. 30 for 3000 seconds. Hence Uninor is clearly offering to its subscribers in Andhra a benefit of Rs. 9.

After acquiring a strong hold in Bihar and Jharkhand region Uninor is trying to woo subscribers in Andhra Pradesh as well. With such profitable packs being released by it the subscribers would surely sit up and take notice. Uninor which is  comparatively a new mobile service provider has gained substantial popularity and is trying to spread its wings all over India. However it still has a lot of work  to do and competition from other established players like Airtel, MTNL etc would be tough.
