XOLO A500L listed at official website, launching soon in entry level segment

XOLO is all set to launch its next smartphone in the A series for the entry level buyers. XOLO A500L is the upcoming phone from the home grown maker and it is now listed on company’s official website. However, price of the phone is not yet unveiled by the company but looking at the features it seems to be an entry level Android device.


Features wise, XOLO A500L comes with a 4.5inch WVGA display that has a resolution of 480*800 pixels with 233 pixels per inch density. It is powered by a 1.3GHz dual core MediaTek 6572 processor along with 512MB of RAM and Mali-500 MP graphics processor. The phone is running on the Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system version. It comes with 3MP rear camera with LED flash along with VGA front facing shooter.

 


This entry level smartphone is having 4GB of internal storage which is further expandable up to 32GB via microSD card slot. It is a dual SIM device with GSM + GSM connectivity with dual standby. Connectivity features of the phone include WiFi, 3G, EDGE, GPRS and MicroUSB. The phone is backed up by a decent 1500mAh battery which claims to provide 13 hours of talktime and up to 681 hours of standby time.

XOLO is also planning to launch the XOLO Q700i mid-range smartphone in India which is the successor to earlier launched XOLO Q700. It is currently listed at Flipkart.com online retailer for Rs. 11,999 as out of stock and soon it will be available in the retail stores across the country pretty soon.
