Xolo launches Q600 Android smartphone for Rs.8499

Xolo has launched a new Android smartphone in company’s Q Series devices dubbed as Xolo Q600 for Rs. 8,499. Company has packed the phone with decent features in budget range to compete against the likes of Karbonn, Micromax & other smaller brands in the market. It is powered by a quad core MediaTek processor and running the latest Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system.

Features of Xolo Q600 Android smartphone –
  • It is having a 4.5inch TFT touch screen display with 480*854pixels resolutions

  • It is powered by 1.2GHz quad core MediaTek cortex A7 processor along with 512MB of RAM

  • The phone is running Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean operating system

  • It comes with 4GB of internal storage along with microSd card slot up to 32GB

  • It comes with 5MP rear camera and VGA in the front

  • For connectivity it comes with 3G, WiFi, GPS and Bluetooth support

Specs and features of the phone are quite good for the price range it shares. There are many other smartphones in the market sharing features with Xolo Q600. One of the best examples is the Karbonn Titanium S1 that comes with almost similar features in the same price range.

Cheap processors from MediaTek are allowing the smartphone manufacturers to produce quad core devices for fewer prices. Sony has also opted the MediaTek processors in its devices and Sony Xperia C is the first phone from company running on MTK processors.
