XOLO Q1000 Plus in the pipeline, slimmest phone from the company

According to some rumors, XOLO is planning to launch company’s slimmest Android phone XOLO Q1000+. It is said to be only 6.xx mm thick device from the company. Last week company launched XOLO Q1000 with the quad core processor and Jelly Bean OS inside. XOLO Q1000+ is also having similar features to its predecessor but comes with thinner design.

Rumored specs of XOLO Q1000+ are listed below -
  • Processor - 1.2Ghz Quad Core processor with SGX544 GPU

  • Display - 5inch IPS display screen with 1280*720p resolution

  • OS - Jelly bean 4.2 or 4.1 Android version

  • Memory - 1GB of RAM memory and 4GB of internal storage

  • SIM - Dual SIM GSM network support

  • Camera - 8MP rear camera and 1.2MP front camera

  • Connectivity - WiFi, Bluetooth etc. for connectivity

XOLO Q1000 went on sale last week at some online stores for Rs. 13,999 and XOLO Q1000+ is expected to be priced around Rs. 14,000. Company is expected to launch the phone in the market around August 2013. It looks like XOLO is trying to cover the Android smartphone market in India with lots of devices from its house.

If the rumored reports are true then XOLO will be also having a spot in the list of the slimmest smartphone manufacturers in the world. Huawei is also working on a slimmer device dubbed as Huawei Ascend P6, and it is said to be the thinnest smartphone in the world coming this year.
