Xolo Q2000, which appeared on company's website a few days back, is official now. Lava has announced that the device is now available for sale across stores with a price tag of Rs 14999.

Xolo Q2000 is an HD phablet featuring a 5.5 inch display with 267ppi of pixel density. Running on Android 4.2, it is powered by 1.2 GHz Quad core processor, PowerVR SGX544 GPU and 1GB of RAM. It has 8GB of internal storage, but you can add further 32GB in case you need more space to store your content. Company has equipped the device with a 13 MP rear snapper and 2MP front camera. Battery is also good at 2500 mAH. In addition to 3G, it has Wi-Fi, Bluetooth with A2DP, GPS and Micro USB as connectivity options.

In recent past, Xolo series has emerged as a good alternative to Micromax Canvas series. The company has now started expanding its footsteps into extra-large mobiles segment which, as of now, is being ruled by premium brands only.

In case you are disappointed as the device is not Full HD, consider thinking about Micromax Canvas Turbo. You will need to shell out around 3k extra but in return, you will get a 5-inch FHD display, 2GB RAM, 16GB storage beefed up processor and 5MP front camera. Other specifications are almost similar.
