ZTE launches six Android smartphones in India, starting from Rs.5799

ZTE has launched six new Android smartphones in the Indian market starting at Rs. 5,799. These are the first self branded Android based phones from the Chinese manufacturer in the Indian market. According to the press release by the company, all these smartphones will be available to buy in the market from next coming days.

A look at the price and features of the new ZTE smartphones in India –

ZTE Kis Flex – It comes with a 3.5inch QVGA display and runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system. It is powered by a 1GHz processor along with 256MB of RAM memory and features 512MB of internal storage. It comes with 2MP of rear camera and powered by a 1200mAh battery.

Price – Rs. 5,799

ZTE Blade C – It comes with 4inch WVGA display and runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system. It is powered by a 1GHz processor along with 512MB of RAM and 2000mAh battery. It packs a 3MP rear camera and comes with 4GB of internal storage.

Price – Rs. 7,599

ZTE Blade G2 – It is having a bit high end features including 1GHz quad core processor and 5MP rear camera. It is having a 4.5inch FWGVA touch screen display and comes with 512MB of RAM memory. It is running Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system and packs 4GB of internal storage.

Price – Rs. 11,599

ZTE Blade E – It is also having a 4.5inch IPS FWVGA touch screen display and runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system. It is powered by a more powerful 1.2GHz Quad Core processor along with 512MB of RAM memory. It is having a 5MP rear camera and comes with the same 4GB of internal storage.

Price – Rs. 11,999

ZTE Blade L – It packs a bit bigger 4.7inch WVGA touch screen display comparing to the Blade E. It is powered by a 1.2GHz dual core processor along with 512MB of RAM memory. It comes with usual connectivity features and packs a 5MP rear camera. It also comes with 4GB of internal storage and microSd card slot to expend the memory.

Price – Rs. 12,599

ZTE Grand X Quad Lite – It is having the biggest 5inch qHD display in the new range of ZTE devices. It is running the latest Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean version of the operating system. It is a Dual SIM device with common connectivity features. It is powered by a 1.2GHz quad core processor along with 1GB of RAM memory. It sports 5MP rear camera and powered by a massive 2500mAh battery.

Price – Rs. 14,999

ZTE Grand X Lite



Overall, the new Android phones launched by ZTE in the Indian market are having decent features for all type of buyers in different price range. However, company should have priced these devices a bit lower to attract more smartphone buyers comparing to the rival brands present in the country at the moment.
