i am using this phone for over a month now. i have no problems using this device.. it gives a luxury touch with an economical price tag... here r few cons like... phone accessories r hard to get like silicon case ec and also cord provided for the charger is just 1 mtr long this is a bit inconvenient..hope celkon will look into it!!!
Celkon A99 front camera orientation problem (head getting down to left side) When i am chatting in any app (fringe, qik, tango and yahoo messenger) video with others from front cam the up side is getting to down left. skype is not installing. The other features are excellent. Any how i have purchased the mobile on 21st Jan.2012 with great interest but it was dis-appointed me. the same was informed to your customer care office continuesly for 2 days over phone, Customer service center at Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad but not fix it and mailed to email@example.com but no response to till date. Any suggestion/help from you in this regard. The above was posted to Celkon Facebook also, but no technical answer from them. I never seen such type of poor communication company. Generally launching of any new product some minor technical problems will be reported this shall be solved by the company and has to invite such type communication from customers, after rectifying problems only the product will success.
