Overall: My experience with these laptops (bought 2 of them) has been terrible. DELL is cheating people and selling these bad quality / defective pieces for cheap. So much so, DELL does not even respond to customer service calls for these laptops.nnOne month old - One of the two laptops (service tag FHCN4Z1) has a defective touch pad, which DELL online service (Banglore) refused to help me with and asked me to go to the service centre in Lajpat Nagar (New Delhi), where i was forced to talk to an imbecile who had no idea about computers. DELL service centre also told me if the touchpad was defective, why did i not report it earlier and complain to flipkart - my fault that i unpacked a defective piece one month later after receiving it. None the less, warranty on paper is for 12 months!nnI had done a DELL diagnostic, which clearly showed / detected a defective Touch Pad, however, the SDAR report mentions "As per customer touchpad automatic gets stop working". The quality of english on the SDAR shows the quality after-sales of service DELL offers.nnPATHETIC ON PART OF DELL. AVOID THIS LAPTOP MODEL FOR SURE.
