    Hi friend, it should appear on itself when you click on the text box. Maybe you can look if it has any update, cause there are certain apps that have glitches in it. I face the same problem with the Tumblr app I use. But since this is made by Samsung, this shouldn't have those problems. Try restarting the phone. I hope it helps.
