All-rounder with the right price tag
HCL's latest Me tablet comes with a nice 7 inches WVGA (480 x 800 pixels resolution) TFT display, that ensures a nice visual experience. The device runs on the new Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS. A 1200MHz Dual Core processor paired with 1GB of RAM ensures that processing speed remains good even under moderate stress. Those loving photography can use the tablet's decent 3.2MP rear camera, while the 0.3MP front camera is sufficient for video chatting, Skype, etc. Internal memory is 4GB, and can be expanded using microSD card (up to a limit of 32GB). The device supports Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and microUSB connectivity. A 3000mAh Li-Po battery takes care of the device's power needs.
HCL's Me line of tablets have become popular among those seeking budget tablets with good features, and the Connect 2G is set to increase this popularity further with its features, which include a good display, nice processing power, sufficient connectivity options and equally good pair of cameras. Internal storage could have been better, but the overall specs make this tablet a great choice for anyone who wants a tablet that combines the best features available in this price segment.

Overall: Rest all the things are fine except the touch stucks up. I mean to say that all of a sudden, the touch does not respond and then either you reset the Tab or get it serviced. I got it serviced, the touch got rectified but the charging port and camera got damaged during servicing. I requested for replacement and it took almost a month to get a replacement Tab against the commited time of 15 maximum days.
It worked fine for around two weeks when now the touch again does not respond.
I talked to customer care and they suggested to send the invoice with detailed description of the issue.
Hell of the after sales service and quality of product.
