Great features meet excellent battery
Design and Display
HPâÂÂs latest offering comes in a delightfully unconventional Blue exterior. Equally innovative are the full-sized spill-resistant textured keyboard and the touchpad with multi-touch gesture support and on/off buttons. The display is a good 10.1 inches WSVGA (1024 x 600 pixels resolution) LED-backlit LED, which is capable of providing vivid visuals.
Processor and OS
The device sports a 1.8GHz Intel Atom 2nd Gen processor (N2800 variant), which is paired with 2GB of RAM for handling moderate workloads with ease. HP has provided this device with Windows 7, ensuring that latest programs can run on it.
Camera, Storage, Multimedia
A 0.3MP webcam takes care of video chatting needs. The storage is also decent at 320GB. The device has good multimedia output thanks to the HD Audio solution and Beats Audio speaker that HP provides.
Connectivity and Battery
The device comes with sufficient connectivity options, including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, HDMI and USB [ 2x USB(2.0) ports] connectivity. A 6-cell Li-ion battery can provide power backup to this device for up to 8 hours.
HP appears to have got its combination right yet again, as the 210-4030TU comes with the right mix of processing power, storage and multimedia solutions. Add to it an unbelievable 8 hours of battery backup and we have a well-balanced laptop. The specs would have been even better if a display with HD resolution had been provided, but this is not so much of an issue on a device which comes with such excellent specs. All things considered, this laptop is excellent for anyone seeking a budget device that provides both good performance and excellent battery backup.
