The HP 250 (E1Q79PA) comes with a 14-inch HD LED Anti Glare display that runs pictures and videos at the usual WXGA resolution of 1,366 x 768 pixels. It is designed to protect your eyes from the harmful rays reflected from the screen enabling you to work for long hours. It looks good in its 28.1mm thick package.
Under the hood, the laptop is configured with an Intel Pentium Dual Core 2020M processor belonging to the 3rd generation family, paired on the HM70 Express chipset and clocked at a speed of 2.2GHz. Assisting the processor is a DDR3 RAM of just 2GB functioning at 1600MHz. You can of course expand the RAM up to 16GB in order to experience faster response. The notebook comes preloaded with the 64 bit Disk Operating System.

From the connectivity point of view, it has features like Ethernet, WLAN, Bluetooth v4.0, 3 USB 2.0 ports, HDMI out, digital media reader and VGA port.
The HP 250 (E1Q79PA) is a low end gadget with a configuration that may sound average but is capable of handling simple tasks efficiently. Features like backlit keyboard and gesture supported touchpad are hardly seen in many higher priced notebooks. The battery backup is also notable. Overall, it is a good package.
