A pocket friendly CDMA+GSM smartphone
The new HTC Desire XC sports a 4 inch WVGA Super LCD display, especially engineered not to hurt user’s eyes along with 1GHz dual-core processor along with 768 MB RAM to enhance its speed. It is supported by Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich with a special layer of Sense 4.0 powered by HTC itself.
The device sports a rear camera of 5MP but no front camera. Desire XC flaunts an inbuilt storage of 4GB expandable upto 32GB via microSD card.
For better connectivity HTC powered the device by Wi-Fi, Bluetooth with A2DP, GPS and 3G. To make the device running whole day, the device has been provided Li-ion 1650 mAH battery.
The special feature of the device is dual sim capability compatible with a GSM and a CDMA connection.
HTC Desire XC is one of the rarest dual sim smartphones with GSM + CDMA feature. The device is decently configured with a front camera missing. A good deal for its price.

Overall: For the available phones for CDMA, there is no competition for this phone. I bought this for my wife from Amazon.in for 18K.
Some really good things about it are:
1. Smart (est?) phone on CDMA
2. Great screen quality
3. Duel SIM
4. Audio is amazing
5. Looks very good
6. So far its working very fast
7. Very lightweight
Here are what I think downsides:
Overall: Very good CDMA GSM phone. Jelly bean update makes work and feel like a charm. Screen and audio is good for given price. Only let down is the handsfree provided. Its a shame when every other manufacturer is providing earbuds.
Overall: Hi..I am one of the first purchased before it come to the regular market and online as I knew XC supersedes VC. Very good phone with excellent features and all works well but GSM receiver is not as sensitive as regular GSM phones so the signal coverage is poor especially if you are staying ground floor. They may be concentrating on CDMA as the first preference and the second band receiver may be n....
