The smartphone runs on Android v5.0 (Lollipop) operating system with a layer of HTC Sense 7.0 UI on top. The device is powered by a mighty 2.2GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio X10 MT6795T processor wrapped along with 2GB. Backed by them, this phone delivers superfast performance with good multitasking capacity. For graphics, it features PowerVR G6200 GPU.

The main feature of the HTC One M9 Plus Prime Camera Edition is ofcourse itÂs camera. It is armed with a 13MP main camera of f/2.0 aperture along with optical image stabilization, laser autofocus, back-illuminated sensor and dual LED flash. It also packs an impressive 4 ultrapixel front facing camera which too, does not lack back-illuminated sensor for better performance in low-lit environments. On the front it features HTC 10 BoomSound speakers with Dolby Audio that provides a great audio experience. The device falls short on the storage expectations offering just 16GB storage, although it can be expanded upto 2TB using microSD card.
Connectivity, Sensors and Battery
Connectivity options present in this phone are 4G, Wi-Fi with hotspot, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, NFC and microUSB 2.0. It houses a fingerprint sensor on the front and also comes with various other sensors that include light, proximity, accelerometer, compass and gyroscope. The power required to keep this device running is supplied by its non removable 2,840 li-polymer battery.
