The Intex Cloud Matte comes with a 5-inch TFT display and features a Corning Gorilla Glass v2 screen protection on top. It has a screen resolution of 480 x 854 pixels and a pixel density of 196ppi. It boots on Android v5.1 (Lollipop) operating system and weighs 165 grams. The smartphone is driven by a 1.2GHz Cortex A7 processor seated upon Spreadtrum SC7731C chipset. It is assisted by 512MB of RAM and Mali-400 MP2 graphics engine.

The device is stacked by a 8MP camera at the back which can capture an image upto a resolution of 3,264 x 2,448 pixels. Selfie lovers can click images via a 2MP front snapper. In terms of storage, the device houses 8GB internal memory out of which 4.8GB shall be available for the users. One can increase the storage capacity by buying any memory card upto 32GB.

The Intex Cloud Matte is a budget friendly handset with 3G connectivity. It features gorilla glass protection and the main snapper captures pretty good pictures especially in more light. However, the phone misses out on 4G connectivity which in high trend nowadays. As far as the performance is concerned, multitasking shall be an issue since less RAM is present.
