Display and Configuration
The Intex Cloud N IPS flaunts a 4-inch IPS (480 x 800 pixels) multi touch display with a pixel density of 233 ppi and offers high brightness with better viewing angles. The smartphone is well crafted in a 9 mm slim outfit and weighs only 101 grams which makes it very comfortable to use with one hand.
At the core of the device, there is a 1.2GHz quad-core processor on a Spreadtrum SC7731 chipset paired with a mediocre 512MB RAM. The all new smartphone from Intex sails on the time-tested Android v4.4 (Kitkat) OS to provide an intuitive UI experience.
Camera and storage
The Intex Cloud N IPS sports an 8MP autofocus rear camera with LED flash and comes loaded with features like - Face detection, Geo tagging, High Dynamic Range mode (HDR). The camera is accompanied by a digital zoom and delivers decent image productivity even in low light conditions. It also supports HD video recording at 30fps. At the front a 2MP front snapper can be spotted for enabling video call and to capture selfies. It comes with an onboard storage unit of 4 GB (2.7 GB available) which can be further extended upto 32GB with the help of an external Micro SD card.
Battery and Connectivity
The smartphone is fuelled by a mediocre 1,400mAh li-ion battery that claims to deliver a talktime of 11 hours and 235 hours on 2G. The Intex Cloud N IPS comes with the standard set of connectivity features 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11, b/g/n, GPRS/EDGE, GPS, Bluetooth v4.0, and USB/microUSB connectivity.
