Budget Android Jelly Bean, Dual Core Phone
Intex's new Cloud X4 comes with a 3.5 inches HVGA (320 x 480 pixels resolution) TFT screen for nice visuals. The device sails on the latest Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. Beneath the hood is a 1.2GHz Dual Core processor with 256 MB RAM for handling the workload.
Intex gives this device dual cameras, with the rear one having 3.2MP resolution and video recording capabilities. A 0.3MP front camera takes care of video chatting, Skype, etc. Intex provides this device with a decent 512MB internal memory, expandable up to 32GB with microSD card.
Connectivity options are adequate with 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and microUSB connectivity while GPS is available for navigation. A 1500mAh Li-ion battery powers this device.
With Dual Core processor and Jelly Bean, the X4 packs more power than the average budget android, while the decent storage and connectivity options sweeten the deal further. One wishes Intex had been more generous with RAM and the camera, but overall this device is a great buy for those seeking a good handset in this price bracket.

Overall: Honestly speaking, this phone is not much to impress. B'coz of its lower ram (256 mb) and the company offers 512 MB inbuilt memory out of which ONLY 70 mb of inbuilt memory is available to the USER and in this 70 mb memory, if u install, Wats UP app and 2-3 other apps, then this little advantage is no more available to the USER.
Touch screen is ultra sensitive, sometimes, by mistake if u ....
Overall: I have been using this phone for 3 months now. It's a really handy phone, with a surprisingly good battery life (although I am not a power user, but I don't need to charge this everyday. Battery lasts for almost 2 days).
However, the internal memory is a problem if you want to install apps. Out of the 512 MB internal memory, the system takes up 293 MB, the cache takes up 107 MB leaving 107 MB....
