Overall: Very bad. Though I did not brought K15 from flipcart but I would like share my view on the product. I brought this mobile as it was cheap and mentioning lots of feature. Bur after two weeks automatically the screen display gone bad. Also the microphone system is very bad. You always need to use headphone for better voice clarity. Also the service centres are pathetic. When I went for warranty claim to its service centre in Mumbai (Kaizer Telecom, Vashi Mumbai) as mentioned in the Karbonn Mobile manual list. These guys said they don't service on warrnty. What the hell I spent whole day for looking for service centre and when I reached to service centre I got this reply. When I called the Karbonn customer centre 01146604660, I got very rude reply that to call on 01146604647. I tried many times on this no. many times but no response. Guys though the mobile was cheap but as a breand company the service should be good. However the experiance was very bad. Think before you buy any Karbonn product as the service is pathetic at least in mumbai.
