The Lava Flair P3 comes with a 4-inch TFT (480 x 800 pixels) display leading to a pixel density of 233 ppi. Acting as the brain is a 1.3GHz dual-core processor aided with 512MB RAM which renders smooth performance with regular apps. The dual SIM handset runs on Android v5.1 (Lollipop) operating system.
Camera and storage
The device is stacked with a 2MP main camera inclusive of LED flash and digital zoom feature which can capture up to 1,600 x 1,200 pixels image. The High Dynamic Range mode (HDR) image technique reproduces a greater dynamic range of luminosity in comparison to standard digital imaging. There is a 0.3MP front snapper for selfie lovers. In terms of storage, the phone houses an internal memory of 8GB which can be further expanded upto 32GB via microSD card.
Battery and connectivity
The device derives its energy from a 1,400mAh li-ion battery which offers moderate talk and Standby Time. On the connectivity ground, the device has a wide range of options such as GPRS, EDGE, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11, b/g/n, Mobile Hotspot, Bluetooth v2.1 and USB port.
The Lava Flair P3 is value for money device with decent features and can be used by anyone looking for a smartphone with moderate requirements. It is basically for the ones who prefer single hand operating handset rather than a big screen device. However looking at the budget, better cameras along with better display would have made it a good competitor in comparison to other phones in this price range.
