Design and Configuration
The Lava Iris Atom sports a 4.0-inch TFT display with a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels and renders a pixel density of 233ppi. Doing all the hard work is a 1.3GHz quad-core processor coupled with 512MB of RAM. The device runs on Android v5.1 (Lollipop) OS. The phone comes in a white colour and has an attractive design.
Camera and Storage
The smartphone is equipped with a 5MP main camera with LED flash which assists in capturing pictures in low light. For snapping selfies, it has a 0.3MP front camera. All your memorable pictures and important documents can be easily fitted into the 32GB external memory space that can be accessed via a microSD card. An internal memory of 8GB is also available in this device.
Connectivity and Battery
The Iris Atom provides connectivity features which include GPRS, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB port and microUSB 2.0 connectivity. Powering this device is a 1,550 mAh li-ion battery which gives plenty of talktime to the users.
The Lava Iris Atom is designed to give you access to the latest apps and games from Android without costing much. It also has a sound processor, a good rear camera and a compact display. The poor front camera will be a major disappointment for selfie lovers though.
