Display and Configuration
The Lava XOLO Q1000S is equipped with a 5-inch IPS OGS display which has a resolution of 720 x 1,280 pixels (HD), a pixel density of 294 ppi and 16M colors.
The Android v4.2 OS (Jellybean) handles the software platform. The device is powered by a powerful quad-core 1.5GHz MTK6589 processor which is assisted by a PowerVR SGX544 GPU. The robust configuration ensures that you can perform multiple tasks smoothly, without any lag.
Camera and Memory
The 13MP rear camera is enabled with BSI 2 sensor and features like autofocus, Scene detection & tuning, HDR, Low Light enhancement, Face recognition etc. It is complemented by a 5MP front camera equipped with BSI sensor.
The device is supported by a 1GB RAM coupled with 4GB of internal memory, which can be expanded up to 32GB via the microSD card slot.
Connectivity and Battery
On the connectivity front, it has 3G, USB v2.0, Bluetooth v4.0, GPS, Wi-Fi etc. The Li-Ion battery with a capacity of 2,500mAh ensures a great battery life.
In addition to the sleek and stylish design, the XOLO Q1000S also features a rich OGS display powered by a robust set of hardware. This is further complemented by great cameras, which are loaded with features you can find in high-end devices only. Price is definitely on a higher side considering the product is from an indigenous brand, but well justified by a great set of features.

Overall: The XOLO Q1000S technical specifications and slim looking metallic body is all very attractive. But, buying this phone is like gambling where you are sure to lose and cry.
