Budget friendly laptop biased towards entertainment

Overall: On 26th June, i ordered this product which was having 1 TB hard disk and touch display but when i received it, the product was not having touch display and the hard disk was 500 GB. When i looked on the website the specification were changed. I immediately contacted the customer care and i was assured that i will be provided proper resolution. Since then i have been calling. I was then told that i will be given 3500 Rs cash back in my credit card account. Then again when i called, i was told that i will be given cash back in flipcard wallet. When i disagreed and told to take back the product, i was assured that i will be given cash back in my credit card account. Every time i call, i have to explain the whole issue to flipkart executives and every time, they assure that i will get a call back in 24 hours but nothing happens. Is this the kind of service being provided by such a renowned site. These people are cheating the customer in the name of customer service. First they are delivering the wrong product, then they are changing the specification on the site, then they are giving false promises of cash back in card account, then they are giving false commitments of giving call back. Its really pathetic on part of flipkart to do all such things to harass the customer. I am really very disappointed and would never purchase or recommend flipkart to anyone in the future.
