The smartphone comes with a three layered design with smoothly rounded edges and an overall thickness of 7.8mm and a weight of 158 grams. It has been launched in different attractive colors including white, gold and titanium gray. The panel on the back appears to carry brushed aluminium finish.

The Lenovo Vibe Z2 is the vendor's first smartphone powered by 64-bit processor in the form of a 1.2GHz quad-core processor loaded on Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset. It functions besides a 2GB RAM. The smartphone runs on the latest Android v4.4 KitKat OS which can be upgraded.
Camera and Storage
The Lenovo Vibe Z2 impresses with a brilliant 13MP autofocus rear facing camera which supports LED flash, optical image stabilization and BSI sensor to produce sharp images and videos even in poor background conditions. However, the major selling point of the device, as claimed by the vendor, is the stunning 8MP shooter on the front. It is definitely built for people crazy for selfies. It has a massive internal memory of 32GB but no microSD slot.

The phablet scores well with a mighty 3,000mAh Li-Po battery which promises up to 28 hours of talktime on 3G networks, as claimed by Lenovo. Connectivity features include GPS, WiFi, USB port, 3G and Bluetooth.
