Transparent smartphone featuring Firefox OS
Display and Design
The LG Fx0 flaunts a 4.7-inch IPS LCD multi-touch display which offers sharp and rich viewing experience with 720p resolution, 16M colour architecture and a pixel density of 312ppi.
The main attraction of the device is its transparent shell which allows you to have a glance at its internal components without having to remove the cover. Such a design statement is the first of its kind. The golden coloured body has a thickness of 10.5mm and a weight of 148g. The golden home button with Mozilla's logo is a treat to watch.
Configuration and OS
The LG Fx0 is driven by a Qualcomm MSM8926 Snapdragon 400 chipset bearing a 1.2GHz quad-core processor. It is aided by a 1.5GB RAM to ensure smooth multitasking. The Adreno 305 GPU manages rich videos and games. It ships with the Mozilla's latest web centric Firefox OS v2.0.
Camera and Storage
The smartphone carries an 8MP camera with LED flash at the back and a 2.1MP snapper at the front. It has an internal memory of 16GB which is expandable up to 64GB.
Battery and Connectivity
The LG Fx0 draws fuel from a non-removable 2,370mAh Li-Po battery and can be connected via 4G LTE (selected markets), 3G, USB port, Wi-Fi, NFC, Bluetooth and GPS.
The LG Fx0 is bound to make heads turn with its first of its kind transparent body that allows you to have a glimpse of its internals. It is the most expensive Firefox powered smartphone as well. However, it has pretty average specs in light of its price.
