Innovation and beauty packed in one
LG Optimus F7 boasts a 4.7-inch True HD IPS capacitive touchscreen display which bears a display resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels. It runs on Android 4.1.2 (Jelly Bean) operating system and is powered with a 1.5GHz dual-core processor accompanied by 2GB of RAM to deliver a buttery smooth performance.
The Optimus F7 packs a 8MP Rear Camera with Autofocus along with a 1.3MP front-facing camera for video calling. It houses an internal memory of 8GB which may be further expanded externally up to 32GB via Micro SD Card.
LG Optimus F7 offers the features of a high-end device at a mid-range price point. The smartphone hardly lacks any feature that may leave it behind its competitors such as Samsung Galaxy S3 and the iPhone 5 from Apple which also have the best innovations, but carry a hefty price tag which the Optimus F7 seems to take advantage of.
Overall Expert Rating (4 Out of 5 based on 4 ratings)
The fact that the LG Optimus F7 is available on more than one carrier is no surprise. It`s an excellent midlevel phone that`s packed with quality specs, such as a vivid 4.7-inch touch screen, an 8-megapixel camera, and a dual-core CPU....
Pros: The LG Optimus F7 has a vivid 4.7-inch screen, a zippy dual-core processor, and excellent battery life.
Cons: The Optimus F7 has slow 3G data speeds, and its speaker is poor.
Verdict: Competitively priced, stylish, and sporting great midtier specs, the LG Optimus F7 is an excellent handset for U.S. Cellular customers....
The Samsung Galaxy S III might be Boost Mobile`s best smartphone, but not everyone can stretch their budget to accommodate its hefty $400 price tag. If you`re looking for top-of-the-line performance at a price that`s a little easier to stomach, the $299.99 LG Optimus F7 delivers. It has a large, sharp display, excellent call quality, a good camera, and many features comparable to the GS III. It`s still a little pricey, and Boost`s LTE networ...
Pros: Large, sharp display. Great call quality. Long battery life.
Cons: Cons Pricey. LTE speeds and availability not on par with other carriers.
If you\'re in the market for a smartphone that will do it all and you don\'t want to commit to a lengthy contract, the LG Optimus F7 for Boost Mobile is a worthy candidate. For $299 and cheaper monthly data fees than the major carriers offer, the handsome F7 offers good performance and speedy 4G LTE browsing on a 4.7-inch HD display. You also get some of LG\'s handy special features, such as QuickMemo, which lets you quickly share notes, and QSli...
Pros: Fast LTE speeds where available; Bright screen; Good proprietary software tools; Affordable data plans
Cons: Back and screen smudge too easily; Limited 4G LTE network
Possibly the worst-kept secret in midrange mediocrity, the 4G LG Optimus F7 was officially announced by LG last week. It`s a midrange handset that comes packing some useful features in a handy size. Amusingly, this midrange smartphone comes with a very similar spec sheet to the supposedly high-end Motorola Razr HD – namely a 4.7-inch 720p display, dual-core 1.5GHz CPU and an 8MP camera. The Optimus F7, though, packs 2GB of memory to the Raz...
Pros: Good size, 4G ready,
Cons: Plastic shell,
Verdict: The F7 is a fairly unremarkable midrange effort that covers the basics perfectly adequately but that doesn`t do anything particularly exciting, innovative or interesting. It looks and feels cheap, although there`s some lovely chrome trim on the edges...
The mid-range 4G LTE equipped LG Optimus F7 was announced by the company last week, after almost everything about the device being leaked well before. It’s a mid-range smartphone that features a 4.7-inch 720p display, dual-core 1.5GHz CPU, 2GB of RAM, and an 8MP camera. Those specs are actually quite decent for something that looks and feels like a low-end device, which is mostly due to all that plastic with the chrome trimming on the edges...
