An affordable, efficiently equipped Smartphone
On the connectivity front, LG Optimus L3 E400 includes 3G, GPS with A-GPS, Bluetooth, WiFi and USB as its features. It has been fueled with a 1500mAh battery.
LG Optimus L3 E400 is an affordable smartphone equipped with an intelligent choice of the most demanded features. To bring the price to a pocket-friendly range, the manufacturer has made a smart choice of features that have been complemented to the device. It may give a tough competition to the Samsung Galaxy Y and the Samsung Galaxy Pocket which have got smaller dimensions in the same price range.

Update: We`ve altered our review to reflect improved pricing on the Optimus L3 - does that make it any more worthwhile as a smartphone though? Some way off becoming a leader of the smartphone scene, LG`s Optimus L3 is an entry-level handset that counteracts a less than groundbreaking array of specs, largely uninspiring styling and a less than fluid user experience with an impressive performance in the area that is arguably most important to its i...
Pros: 1GB internal storage, Compact, Intuitive UI, Strong battery life,
Cons: Terrible display, Clunky charging port, Uncomfortable design, No future Android updates,

Overall User Rating (3.7 Out of 5 based on 197 ratings)
Overall: Many of the reviews here say that this phone is better than htc explorer and galaxy y i would like to compare it feature by feature
HTC-3.2 inch 480*320 reslolution
Samsung-3 inch 320*240
LG-3.2 inch 320*240
--HTC id the clear winner, some might say that screen resolution is not important but it is, colours are more vivid video experience is much better and reading text is also easy
HTC-600 mhz and an Adreno 200 gpu
LG-800 mhz but NO Gpu
Samsung-832 mhz but NO gpu
No clear winner but having a gpu is much better than none
htc- 512 mb
HTC explorer is the clear winner
HTc-3.15 mp Fixed Focus
LG-3 mp FIxed Focus
Samsung y-2 megapixels FF
HTc is the winner but not by much margin
L3 is the clear winner
Htc-Htc sense 3.5
HTc is the clear winner as sense is considered better than touchwiz
Internal memory is not that much important as you can install most of your apps in the SD card but 1gb does help also L3 only supports 3g upto 3.6 mbps while the other two support upto 7.2 mbps
Now giving the verdict i will say that you should prefer htc explorer but L3 is not much behind, but you should definitely NOT buy galaxy y.
