The Lyf Flame 5 flaunts a 4-inch TFT display and features a screen resolution of 480 x 800 pixels. It has a pixel density of 233ppi and weighs 117gms. It comes in a black coloured body and measures 124.5 x 64 x 10.9mm. Inside the system, there is a 1.5GHz quad-core processor coupled with 512MB of RAM. The handset runs on Android v5.1 (Lollipop) operating system.

The device is armed with a 5MP camera at the back which can also record HD videos (1,280 x 720p @30fps). For selfie lovers, there is a 2MP shooter in the front. On the storage ground, the device houses an internal memory of 4GB which can be expanded upto 32GB using a microSD card.

The device is fuelled by a 1,650mAh li-polymer battery which claims to provide a talktime upto 4.5 hours (4G) and 150 hours (2G) in standby mode. On the connectivity ground, the device offers options such as dual SIM, 4G (supports Indian bands), 3G, 2G, Wi-Fi 802.11, b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.0 and microUSB 2.0.
The Lyf Flame 5 is a budget friendly handset with a sound battery backup along with a main camera that captures quality shots. The battery keeps the show running for long hours. It supports various forms of networking to ensure that you stay connected with your loved ones. However, the front snapper is a disappointment.
