Processor and OS
Doing duty under the hood is a 1.3GHz quad-core processor from Qualcomm Snapdragon and 2GB DDR3 RAM. The Lumia 1030 will run Microsoft Windows Phone 8.1 out-of-the-box and is expected to become the first smartphone to get Windows 10 OS update.
