Nokia Asha 311 is a powerful device designed for entry-level market segment. It has been powered by a refreshed S40 OS which, unlike Android, is fast and fluid. A package of preloaded apps and games (like Angry birds) make sure that you are entertained every time, everywhere. Furthermore, a bunch of free subscriptions let you download and install a number of additional games (like Need for Speed) and music for free.
Nokia Asha 311 Sports a 3-inch capacitive touch screen (you heard it right, capacitive!) topped with a customized version of S40 operating system. The new operating system is surprisingly fast and the 1GHz processor (more that the Samsung Galaxy Y) ensures that there is no sluggishness or lagging while operating the phone.
The mobile packs a 3.2 Mega Pixel camera without LED flash which produces nice output if clicked in the daylight. It lacks a front camera for video calling as well.
Nokia Asha 311 is a complete mobile when it comes to connectivity. While 3G and Wi-Fi keeps you connected with the fast life, features like Bluetooth and microUSB ensures a smooth file transfer with other devices. It also comes with Nokia Maps integrated which can come handy when you are lost.
It houses an 1100 mAH battery which can easily provide a backup of 2 days with moderate usage.
