The Nokia Lumia 636 LTE flaunts a 4.5-inch IPS LCD ClearBlack display with 16M color architecture, a FWVGA resolution of 480 x 854 pixels and a pixel density of just 221 ppi. It poses multi touch panel which provides crisp and clear viewing experience even from wide angles and is protected from scratches and smudges by Corning Gorilla Glass 3.0 protection.
It has a thickness of 9.2mm but a weight of just 134 grams so that you can hang around with it easily. It comes in various glossy colourful replaceable shells such as orange, black, white and yellow.
Processor and OS
Sandwiched between the front and rear panels of the smartphone is a 1.2GHz quad-core processor sitting on Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 chipset and aided by a 1GB RAM. It runs on the latest tile based Windows Phone v8.1 OS.
Camera and Storage
The Nokia Lumia 636 LTE houses a cool 5MP autofocus camera at the back which is capable of shooting 720p videos at 30 fps. The Nokia Lumia 636 LTE is fuelled by an 1,830mAh Li-ion battery which claims to deliver up to 12 hours of talk time over 2G and 14 hours of talk time over 3G along with a standby time of 27 days. Connectivity features include GPS/AGPS, 3G, LTE, Wi-Fi, GLONASS, Bluetooth and USB port.
The Nokia Lumia 636 LTE is a smartly crafted budget friendly smartphone which gives you access to the latest apps and features on the tile based Windows platform. The powerful configuration enables it to put up an impressive performance. It has a nice rear camera and supports high speed network connectivity as well. The lone disappointing thing is the absence of front snapper.
